Steps to Register for the NNAAP Nurse Aide Exam

Create Your CNA365 Account
Create an account with our online CNA365 system to sign up for screening by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will require to submit an application for testing in order to sign up for tests.
We highly recommend that you read the Registration Quick Reference Guide with comprehensive guidelines on how to register online for your exam BEFORE you begin the registration procedure.

If you have previously evaluated the National Nurse Aide Assessment Exam through the Northern Regional Testing Center (NRTC), when you create a CNA365 account, all of the information from your previous NNAAP tests will rollover to your Credentia CNA365 account.

If you've passed both tests and sent all needed documents on the CDPH Healthcare Document CNA Renewal at CAnorth Upload Portal and it's been over 30 days, please contact CDPH at [email protected] and include your name, DOB, mailing address, last 4 digits of your SSN, and define the dates in which you passed your tests with Credentia.
